To help get ready for next weekend’s UFC, here’s
Here’s a classic match from way back in 2002, Joe Doerksen vs Denis Kang

Doerksen has already beaten Ed Herman in similar fashion via triangle choke. So this might finally be  the time that UFC fans see this veteran win.

He’s had quite the career since 1999, fighting everyone from Matt Hughes (loss) to Lee Murray (win), and his 1-3 record in the UFC doesn’t reflect his real skills — there’s no shame in losing to Matt Lindland, Nate Marquardt and Joe Riggs.
